McQueen, McQueen, McQueen... The shows are never disappointing! Look at the clothes and the heels, everything seems to have come straight from a fairytale. The makeup and the lace hat makes the model look like an elf! If I had one of these gorgeous outfits at home I would dress up all the time even though I had no special reason...

Had lots of family over today and that was really nice. Some are still here but I have to do a bunch of studying now! Other than that it has been a perfect weekend, perfect guests, perfect food etc. and perfect gifts. Thank you!

Cute shoes and cute pastel dresses. This is the look I prefer from the Calvin Klein Collection this year. Kind of miss their "paper" dresses, but these are very summery and breezy!

balmain spring 2012

Lots of lovely looks from Balmain. I really do like the aristocratic golden details. It gives some rather basic garments, like the blazer and shirt new life. I'm also a fan of the breezy, wide pants. I have a feeling that it's going to be great weather today. It's a shame I'm not wearing anything similar to this...! By the way, I'll have to study a lot this week and we'll have lots of guests this weekend, so sorry in case I'll be bad at updating!

scallops & rhubarbs

Went to Bistro G yesterday to celebrate me and my sister's birthdays. Ate a lot of delicious food as always and the dessert was superb! Shared the starters and after that I chose scallops as main course and then I ate dessert. We ate after two hours segway driving, by the way. I desperately want one!

morning studies

Woke up a little past six in the morning and couldn't fall asleep again so I got up and started to study. National tests are coming up (too) soon!

One of my big crushes this year is white, pastels, beige and wide pants. So I guess it's not surprising that I like Chloé. Gosh, I really admire the dress. If you look at the details of it, it makes it a lot better than seen from far away.

There are only ten days left to my birthday! I really look forward to it but there is a lot I'll have to finish before that to be able to enjoy and hang out with my family. Would like to say that it looks like this right outside my window but really it's rather grey. At least the leaves light up the scenery!

Currently waiting for my friend to finish school and then we'll hang out and take the final test of the day. I have already completed two tests so my brain feels kind of empty. Not really wearing anything special today so I thought I'd show you this cover of Vogue. Love the twenties; red lips, short hair and art deco (maybe not so much of the last in this picture though).

Saw this wonderful exhibition in Malmoe two days ago. I am totally enchanted by the pictures, would so not mind owning one of these. Lars Lerin is really a talented artist. Wish I could paint like this!

Got to bring these drums home yesterday, very fond of them already (not sure our neighbours are though) but we'll move them as far away from them as possible! I really look forward to getting good at it! Thank you so much Myers!

Baked and ate this pavlova a couple of days ago. It really is one of my favourite cakes; meringue, whipped cream, ecological berries and to go with it some ecological soda.
