holy smoke & marshmallows

My boyfriend and I recently went on a mini road trip to Holy Smoke and a castle for lunch and a little walk. I wore way too cold clothes which revived my super annoying cold and cough but the ribs and marshmallows at Holy Smoke were really good. I'm going to miss mini trips like this one when he leaves next week but then my studying period kicks in big time.

My boyfriend picked me up from school today with this little cute surprise. It's a love tag necklace from Jane Kønig. I'll probably rearrange the letters to be "ME" but I really find it cute and minimalistic and the packaging is super pretty too. Now we're going grocery for a taco night in.

I just got home from school a while ago and now I'm deep into my Medicine books but I did have time to squeeze in a Monday mood selfie.

40 red roses

I love being spoiled and these 40 red roses are just so over the top gorgeous! I even had to go to IKEA to get a new vase but since it's the second time I receive these long stemmed roses I figured that it would be worth investing in a nice vase too. I'm going to Copenhagen tonight and then a new week of school is starting and I'm doing some fun activities next week too. I'm pretty excited about the new week coming up!

lemonade mimosa

I had brunch at my house with my BFF this morning, which was super cozy and now I'm prepping for cocktails and pizza with a bunch of friends. My boyfriend is currently picking them up from the station and going to get pizza for all of us. And I'm prepping lemonade mimosas with lemon curd foam and kiwano seeds, Hugos and watermelon daiquiris. I really hope they taste good!

friday afternoons in copenhagen

My boyfriend met me in Copenhagen after school today and I'm beyond excited about this weekend. First we got some churros and drinks and sat out in the sun and chilled and had our snacks. Then we walked around and did some shopping. I got these red roses, ordered a Jane Kønig necklace (unfortunately the love tag letters I wanted were out of stock) and before we went home we bought risotto at Grød and some mint leaves for the cocktails this weekend.

I wish I was going to Copenhagen Street Food to chill and have a big fat burger but in reality I'm going grocery shopping for the weekend. I'm having brunch with my BFF on Saturday and in the evening I'm having friends from Rays over for some pizza and cocktails. Gosh, I'm missing these exotic fruit breakfasts! Today I'm going to school and then I'm having dinner and going to the cinema with a friend. I'm actually pretty excited because some parts of the movie are shot at my school. I have to go now because my lesson is starting.

So here I am and today I have to read lots of stuff, it kind of is the busiest semester after all... Anyway, since I'm not really going out of the house today I'll show you this Kiwano fruit. It's also known as a Horned Melon and it's from Kenya. I really like grocery shopping particularly because you come across interesting and unique products but I really wasn't expecting to find this in Höganäs Saluhall... It tastes like a mix of cucumber and melon and I'm planning on using it to decorate some drinks soon.

I hung out at the beach today with my boyfriend and we relaxed, tanned and enjoyed the last day at the beach this year (probably), even though the September weather is and has been pretty good I'm still in Scandinavia, right? I had an ice latte and some fresh coco nut, I find it really difficult to chill at the beach without snacking... I'm wearing a Burberry bikini, Pull & Bear cap and Dior sunglasses.

kenzo tiger sweatshirt

I just got home from saying goodbye to my cutiepie sister at the airport. It was really sad so now I have to cheer myself up by posting these pictures that she took of me in a delivery I got a few weeks ago. I've been wanting a Tiger sweatshirt from Kenzo for a rather long time and I finally bought myself one in perfect and very usable colours. I'm so happy for it! I can't wait until I hear from my sister tomorrow morning.

pålsjö krog sunsets

So tonight is the last night before my little sister leaves for a very long stay in Bangkok (hopefully she'll be home for Christmas!). I'm going to miss her lots and probably be a little jealous of her tropical luxury lifestyle! Sometimes I miss Bangkok a little bit... Anyway, enough about that! We had dinner outside with our Mum at Pålsjö Krog and we had champagne and lots of delicious food. The starter was a chanterelle brioche followed by a steak and then I had a really nice and nutty dessert. This time, I was wearing a beige lace dress by Copenhagen Luxe and my beloved Dior sunglasses of course. I'm going to miss her so much! Tomorrow will really be a super sad day!

I spent some quality time with my Mum and sister today and we went on a small road trip to Garage, which is a really cool burger place in Höganäs. My sister and I also got the prettiest matching little gold necklaces that are just incredibly cute. We had the California classic with regular and sweet potato fries, vanilla milkshakes and Coca Cola. I'm wearing Dior sunnies, an old but cute Rosemunde top and a silk bra that I got in Bali. I'm going to meet my bestie for a cup of coffee later today!

blomsterberg brunch

We had such a lovely brunch this morning at Blomsterbergs in Lyngby. They really have a great brunch with finely cut fruits and yeah, well, you can see for yourselves. I have two days of this week so I'm going home with my sister today and we are going to have some fun before she heads to Bangkok without me!

So I'm on my way to Charlottenlund Fort to have dinner with my Grandparents and sweet sister. I really look forward to some hot moules because I just finished school and I'm rushing to the restaurant. Hope you had a nice day! Mine was rather long and I'm quite sleepy right now... Long time, no selfie. Here you go! I have a stressful Tuesday ahead of me and right now I'm studying at my Grandparent's place. I wish I could keep my tan and my eyelash extensions forever. They really freshen you up without you having to make a big effort...

We had a lovely dinner this morning at The Union Kitchen. We were even able to sit outside, which is such a treat in September (in Scandinavia). We had quite Instaworthy waffles with yoghurt and berries, which was a nice mix actually. We also shared a place of eggs and bacon and then I had coffee that was far too strong for me...

Hey pretty people! We've had such a fun Saturday but more pictures are coming up of the other stuff we did. We went to Gl. Strand to see the Mario Testino exhibition, which was quite beautiful. My favourite picture was this classic one of Kate Moss. I really think it's fun to see photography exhibitions. Did you know that I've had a couple of people tell me that I look a bit like Kate? I think it's a really big compliment. Somebody even told me that I was the Kate Moss of my high school, which was rather posh.

2 1/2 years

My boyfriend and I celebrate 2 1/2 year anniversary today (a bit late due to illness). We make a bigger deal of every 1 1/2 year than 1 year because we are not usually together during our real anniversaries... And it's more fun to go and have dinner during the summer (in my opinion). I'm wearing a new dress that I've been wanting for ages! It's from a Thai brand called Poem and I really adore it! All the lines really are in the right places to accentuate curves and slimmer areas... We had a lovely dinner at Pålsjö Matbar in Helsingborg. Pålsjö Krog has the best view over the beach and the food was delicious too. We also had a couple of glasses of champagne. Thanks for being mine babe, I love you.

I love the fact that the weekend is getting closer! We're doing lots of stuff this weekend, we're going to my cousin's 18th birthday and I'll be spending the weekend in Copenhagen with my Mum, sister and boyfriend. Pic is from Ladurée in St. Tropez.

I adore lazy mornings with good breakfasts like this one. My boyfriend made me pancakes and I made lemon curd and everything turned out really well.

black bimba & lola pouch

I got this black Bimba & Lola pouch in Palma and I'm really happy with it. My school bag, which is a Cambridge satchel bag  is quite small so my Gucci wallet doesn't fit and therefore I needed a smaller pouch to hold my important cards and a little cash. I have to remove my acrylic nails soon and I really don't want to.

I had lunch with my bestie today at Château Forêt. They really have great food! We both chose the chévre salad and it was humongous and delicious! I just got back and I'm really full but I had such a good time! Now I'm going to study, take a shower and then we're having dinner but I can't even think about that right now. I think my sister and I are supposed to have a kind of home spa day tonight!

Throwback to the delicious days in Palma when we had afternoon Hugos at Hotel Cort right next to our super cozy apartment. I hope you don't mind me posting summer pics because I still have lots! I'm wearing a flower dress that I've gotten from my sister, she bought it in the Latin Quarter in Paris. It's so cute and the Hugos are fabulous!

It's Friday! I have plans most of the weekends in September that are both fun and relaxing!
