Since I'm currently in my sweatpants and hair in a messy bun studying, I thought I'd look through my olds drafts and look what I found. Time for a little throwback to Bangkok this summer. I really miss spending time and having fun with my sweet little sister and BFF! And I miss having a slight tan and having time to dress up!

My Dad and sister are heading home today! It's actually quite sad because it means that summer is almost over. Well, not really though. So today I've mostly been packing for Ho Chi Minh tomorrow and then we fetched some sushi from ISAO.

We've actually been to a rather large cultural park called Ancient Siam today but since I'm really lacking space on my Mac, I'm posting some pics from earlier. My BFF and little sister went to a café in Thong Lor here in Bankok, that's called "Rocket". The place is pretty cool and definitely has the Scandi vibe. The drinks there were probably the best thing about the place - delicious and pretty!

My Barbie nails are still going strong even after the Maldives. Tonight we're having dinner with my Bangkok BFF and then we're probably heading to Octave for some rooftop cocktails and then to Sing Sing Theatre for some partying. On Sunday my sweet little sister is travelling back home and then my boyfriend and I are off to Ho Chi Minh! I've never been to Vietnam, so if you've got any recommendations, then please comment!

Hey guys! I'm currently packing for the surprise vacay we're going on tomorrow! I'm really excited and I love (good) surprises! Soon we're off to Dean & Deluca to have some dinner. I'm obsessed with their truffle fries and New York Sodas! My hair is finally getting more summery blonde, it always changes quite a lot with the seasons. Hopefully I'll get a nice tan at the surprise destination. I'll keep you posted on our adventures!

Just some pics I snapped from our lunch at Dean & Deluca yesterday. I adore their marble tables there, they really make for great inspo pictures. These things are pretty much my everyday accessories that I'm the most obsessed with at the moment; my beloved Burberry watch in gold and silver, my perfectly pink Gucci wallet, my silver mirrored Dior So Real sunglasses, my Barbie pink stiletto nails and (it might as well have been a detail since I'm always drinking them) Dean & Deluca single shot ice lattes. I woke up this morning and spent most of the morning with my iPhone and Mac and then my sister woke up and we basically watched American and a really entertaining and confusing Korean TV-series. I really need this cold and cough to disappear before we're heading on our surprise vacation this week! I'm super excited!

Well well, today is the last day before my BFF goes home tomorrow. It doesn't quite feel like she's going home but it'll probably be quite empty tomorrow morning before my sister gets up - luckily, she's still here! I'm really going to miss her and all the fun things we've done so far. Anyway, today we went to Emporium and EmQuartier to have a look around before having a long lunch at Dean & Deluca and doing some grocery shopping in Gourmet Market. I had to get a nasal spray because I have a pretty bad cold (probably a result of the long flight and all the super cold AC), luckily it's not that apparent. Then we went home and got ready for Moon Bar. It's my favourite place to spend my "last nights" in Bangkok because it's quite peaceful, cozy, luxe and impressive. We had a couple of drinks there, both were really nice and we got there around 17 or 18 and left around 20. That's the best time for going there - you get to see the Bangkok skyline during the day, sunset and night. Also, I'm still totally obsessed with my new stiletto nail extensions and my So Real Dior sunnies.

Sadly, my BFF is leaving Bangkok early Sunday morning so tonight is our last party night. As you might have noticed from the pictures, I've had my nails done (but more about that later). I'm wearing a Rosemunde dress that I bought last fall but haven't worn yet at all and the champagne is a limited edition Rosé Impérial by Moët & Chandon. We're planning on going to Seen Space and have dinner at Fat'r Gut'z and then we're off to Soi 11.

Hey pretty people! I had din din with my girls at Another Hound last night before the partying started. Wednesday is typically girls' night out in Bangkok and tonight we decided to go to Maggie Choo for pre-party cocktails and then to Ku De Ta's Ce La Vi. We had a great night and Ce La Vi was quite nice, (finally found a place that doesn't only play tacky hits from before 00's and Thai music - recognition is key) the interior was pretty, cocktails all right and we had lots of fun. It's a sky bar and there's a balcony outside for smoking, talking or whatever. Again, I'm wearing my American Apparel dress and YSL makeup.

Went shopping in Central Embassy this morning. I didn't actually get anything, I found a Kenzo sweatshirt that I may or may not buy. I would like the completely light blue one but it doesn't exist in my size because it's a men's shirt. My sister got some really cute sandal heels in Kurt Geiger though and we had brunch at Paul Bakery, which is always great. I also found these Cruel heels by Giuseppe Zanotti and they're pretty cool and very Instapopular. However their smallest size (36) was a little too big for me so I didn't get them. They are pretty expensive too but I might have been super tempted if it were a Cinderella fit! I hope you're having a great day! We're having dinner at Greyhound Café later this evening and then we're off for cocktails at Maggie Choo and some dancing at Ku De Ta's Ce La Vi.

Today has been pretty casual. We started with a couple of hours of tanning down by the pool and then we went to have lunch at Dean & Deluca in EmQuartier, followed by some Central World shopping. We also had a quick photo shoot in the lobby before going upstairs for dinner. I really hope the picture quality is ok, because it's just shot with an iPhone. Now, we're just relaxing after a brief snack shopping spree in 7/11... So yeah, nothing too special today. Tomorrow, we're going to Ekkamai and Thonglor and hunt for some quite boutiques and delicious cafés. Any tips?

The peace and calm of the Lumphini Park and some little (not so little) monitor lizards. Now we're heading to the Gourmet Market for some groceries and we're probably going to eat something somewhere in EmQuartier.

We're currently sitting on the balcony and enjoying some Moët & Chandon champagne and the Bangkok views. I'm wearing a Copenhagen Luxe lace dress that I can't remember if I have shown you before and some super high heels that I'll probably regret that I'm wearing... Soon we're off to the surprise! I hope you're having as lovely a Saturday night as I am!

I'm finally back with my old friends (read: Maki rolls) at ISAO! We waited 45 minutes for a table, but it was definitely worth it as usual! We had rainbow, which is probably my favourite Maki - it's pretty light and girly. And Jackie, which is a definite number two because the prawns are super good and the sauce they make for it is even better. We had Spider too, which is fried soft shell crab, it's not my favourite but it is still pretty delicious. I can't wait until next time! Tonight we're going for a surprise, I don't know where to though! But we've planned some pre-dinner champagne at the balcony.

gorgeous eyelashes

I got my eyelash extensions today! I had them made at Salon de Beauty Concept in Terminal 21 and I already adore them. I tried a new style this time, it's called "Gorgeous" (I've tried American Doll and Camel before) and the lashes are longer in the middle and in the side of the eye and they have a bit more curl to them. I have 80 lashes on each upper eyelid and I also got 15 lashes on each of the lower eyelids. I'm so happy with the result - as usual! Thank you so much! I'm wearing a black playsuit from Terminal 21 and orange lipstick from YSL. Now we're heading out for some dinner at my fave sushi place - ISAO and then we're probably going to Iron Fairies and perhaps Sing Sing Theater again, if we're in the mood for it later tonight. doughnuts by the pool

We woke up early to go and get veggies and fruit at the local University market. Afterwards we napped for a bit before going down to the pool to tan for a while and eat our Krispy Kreme dougnuts. My favourite is the sugar and cinnamon one. I think we're just going to relax today and have a cozy night in to watch some TV series and stuff, so probably no outfit picture today...

sing sing theater & the red dress

I went to Sing Sing Theater for the first time today. Last time I wanted to go, there was a razzia... Anyway, we started with some dinner at Quince (which is right next to Sing Sing) and then we went for some cocktails in Sing Sing. It was quite silent but cozy anyways. Sing Sing has Chinese interior and I wore my red American Apparel dress to match the theme. I love red dresses on blondes, it feels like such a classic look. I wore red lipstick too - all my makeup is from Yves Saint Laurent and the heels are from Hugo Boss. See details below. The quality of the pictures is not the best, but I wanted to show you my look anyway.

greyhound café

I'm so happy to be back at Greyhound Café, which is one of my fave places in Bangkok to have lunch. They have the best ham and cheese sandwich ever, which sounds kind of boring (I know I'm supposed to have lots and lots of Thai food) but I really appreciate simple "clean" foods. I'm wearing a new light pink (looks Apricot here though) off shoulder top that I got in Terminal 21, and of course, my beloved Dior So Real sunglasses.
