Good evening! I'm currently studying physiology and I'm not done yet... Here's a little inspo post since I'm not doing anything too fun or blog-worthy today. I really love wearing oversized hoodies and I can't wait until it's cap weather too! But Copenhagen is freezing today and I'm afraid it's going to snow tomorrow (pretty but I'm definitely more in the mood for spring). I'm also adoring the "boxed roses" interior trend - particularly white roses in a velvety pink box! Love that combo. My Instagram is full of incredible outfit posts from Paris Fashion Week and I'm wondering why I'm sitting at home studying and not strolling around between shows and hip restaurants. There are way too many tempting Gucci and Chanel bags everywhere on Insta right now... And last but not least, I really love pictures of lips. I'd really love a pale pink picture like this one (it would be perfect for my living room - hint to my Mum). I really like the sort of abstract and wide brush strokes that come together to form a mouth.

It has been a pretty hectic weekend with some personal issues and stuff and studying for the exam that I have tomorrow, so that's why I haven't blogged... Anyway, I'm back again this week but since I'm working on a surprise for you, my dear followers, I'll probably be quite busy... I have a new course in Med school too and I'll probably have to work a bit in the weekend. These are the things currently on my mind: I want the weather to get warmer and more spring-y so I can wear hats, fur coats etc. and look cool without freezing my butt off, my new blue Levi's jeans arriving later this week (hopefully), slow mornings and brunches with friends and last but not least, finishing my apartment!

Today my Mum and I followed my little sister to the airport. She's going to Bangkok for four months! I'm really going to miss her. And I'm a little jelly of all the fun and luxe things she's going to do! And the climate! I could really use some tropical vibes right about now. Dreamy, dreamy, dreamy! I think it'll have to wait until summer. Perhaps it's time to start prepping for the beach 2017...

I just got back from some grocery shopping for tonight and a facial massage at Natura Siberica. I'll tell you about the facial massage first. If you buy for over some amount in the Natura Siberica store here in Copenhagen, you will get a complimentary facial massage with pine nut oil and I had mine today (which was much needed after dragging a 30 kg. suitcase a rather long way). It was relaxing and smelled heavenly. I think I actually have one of those oils at home, I will definitely start using it even though my face smelled a little like a delicious pasta dish after the massage (who doesn't love pasta though?)... Which brings me to the next step. I got groceries to make dinner (spaghetti carbonara) for my boyfriend, I'm off to pick him up at the airport now. We're celebrating our 3 year anniversary this weekend and I'm really excited about it! Weekend plans are pretty much summed up in the inspo pics above (love the camel set) and the real celebration is on Tuesday.

So Valentine's Day is coming up! And I wanted to make a little inspo post on what to get your girlfriend... Here are a few things I think would be really nice (to get). Above is a necklace from Carré with a pink topaz that is super gorgeous and very cute for the occasion. Tiffany's make some stunning keys as well that I really love but they might be a bit expensive for a regular Valentine's Day present... Then there are always classics such as chocolate and roses. Particularly chocolate from fancier brand (not something you'd get in the supermarket) such as Ladurée (or macaroons?), Valrhona, Summerbird etc. And rose boxes are a pretty big trend right now and I find them really gorgeous and quite practical. I've seen many over-the-top fabulous rose boxes on Instagram but all the brands tend to be based in California and Dubai... But a brand called "J&G Roser" opened a while ago in Copenhagen and their rose boxes look really beautiful and simple on Instagram. And the Dior earrings are just super gorgeous as well, I really love them.

Happy new 2017 dear followers! I'm afraid that the start of the year will be a little uneventful blog-wise. I have an exam the 11th of January so I'm going to dive straight back into my books today. Med student life... No new year's hangover for me though, luckily! New year is quite a weird "tradition". I don't like spending the first day of the year hungover, it's like starting the year by getting up on the wrong side of the bed. Anyway, afterwards there will be plenty of exciting things going on. I'm travelling to Oxford the day after my exam to stay ten days with my boyfriend while I have an internship with school. I'm going to be at the neurosurgery department and I'm super excited about it! I really can't wait. I though I'd start the year with an inspo post. Here's what I look forward to doing in 2017... Drink lots of water! I don't know why it's such a difficult thing to do!? It's like a cure to all kinds of skin problems, headaches etc. So I most definitely have to get better at that. This year I'm finally going to move in to my new apartment for real! And refurbish it completely! And I look forward to lots of luxe picnics in Copenhagen parks and having pretty and delicious cocktails with my sister and friends. And I also really want to have my deep tan back! I still have tan lines after studying indoors for what feels like four months straight, though. But I definitely want to spend lots of time tanning. Yum. Do you have any plans for the new year yet?

Hey lovelies! It's Monday again but I've only been to school for two hours... Feels very luxurious! I just got home from some furniture scouting with my Grandmother but we didn't really find anything particularly tempting. It's a little difficult focusing on studying when I know that there's lots of furniture shopping waiting around the corner so I'd actually rather scroll through some tumblers and buy interior decoration magazines... Anyway, I'm going to pull myself together and read some neuroanatomy because it is endlessly fascinating after all.

Dreams right about now... Missing my boyfriend, shopping in London, miss being in Thailand, working out, being healthy and just having fun. The next month or so is going to be pretty tough at the University so I'll try to at least post some inspo posts because I might not have the inspiration or time for doing many outfit posts. Pretty much only studying right now but I do not look anywhere near as pretty as the girl in the last picture.

Just some summer inspo because we just booked Palma de Mallorca! I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am, because I've never been to Mallorca before and it was ages since I went to Spain! I'm going with my Mum and little sister and I really look forward to spending quality time with them (I'm starting to miss my Mum out here)! I can't wait to discover the island, have lots of delicious tapas, swim in the European oceans (without scary things like box jellyfishes) and get a nice tan! I'm doing so many great things this summer but there never seems to be enough time for everything; I'm going to have been four weeks in Bangkok, four days in Ho Chi Minh, one week in a surprise vacay destination, ten days in Palma de Mallorca and I really hope there is enough time for a small trip to Tisvildeleje this summer too - or at least a weekend after the semester has started. It just feels really stupid not to take advantage of the summer holiday now that I'm studying Medicine and have been told that 3rd semester will be a no-time-off-or-vacay semester... Enough about that and more about my luxury problem - it's difficult to enjoy the moment when there are so many great things to look forward to but I think it's going quite well this summer.

Mood right now: dressing up and hanging out with my boyfriend, early cool mornings on a Copenhagen balcony with breakfast berries, flowers, coffee and croissants, vacay with endless freedom and nothing to do, oily tan skin, a lush robe and fresh fragile peonies. They are everywhere right now and they are so gorgeous. I hope you're having a great Monday, my Monday was actually surprisingly good. After this week, I'll be done working so I can focus completely on studying. Even though I constantly get snaps from people at the beach, in the park etc. I quite enjoy studying in this weather - it's more difficult than during the winter but it's quite cozy to lie in the garden, work on my tan and study at the same time.

I have so much to look forward to so that's what I'm day dreaming about these sort of tough and stressful days where I have tons of work to do. It'll be my sister's birthday tomorrow, my birthday the day after (it's weird that our birthdays are right next to each other even though she's two years younger than me - I know) and then there's her graduation celebrations. After that I have a couple of more exams and then I'm travelling to Bangkok with my sweet little sister and BFF, then my sister and I are going on a surprise trip with my Dad, then my boyfriend's coming to Bangkok and then I'll probably travel to Palma with my family. It's going to be busy but wonderful. I love the feeling of freedom that summer entails! I'll probably also try to squeeze in a little trip to Bornholm and Tisvildeleje.

IMG_7508IMG_0303 IMG_0848 tumblr_mqi88ajBvJ1s5qw8jo1_500Today I'm going to start being healthier! I wanted to start the 1st of January, but since I had lots of exams I though that I wouldn't have that much time to exercise. And studying really requires snacks! Anyway, I'm going to try to drink lots of water, eat more fruits and vegetables and work out more regularly. I usually go for lots of long walks, which I'll continue to do but add some dancing, running, stretching and yoga. I won't skip all unhealthy foods though, I have no problem at all with having popcorn and coke if I go to the cinema or having some candy for a night of Netflix watching. I'll just try to keep all unhealthy snacking to an absolute minimum and only during the weekends or if there's some special occasion... I actually really like the thought of snacking being a sort of luxury. Anyway, here's some fitness inspo for you guys. I actually have the white Indiana Ice bikini from Triangl. Summer 2016, here I come!
P.S. I've started planning the summer and I'm super psyched! Tan, here I come!

cathykatemoss denevue Screen Shot 2016-02-01 at 16.54.58 1It's Monday again and I'm feeling inspired by these two muses; British Kate Moss and French Catherine Deneuve. They're from two of my favourite countries and I think they really both represent them well. Deneuve is super elegant and classy, and Moss is so cool in a really British and rough kind of way. I'd really love to do my makeup like Deneuve but now that I have eyelash extensions, her look is a little difficult to wash off afterwards without damaging the eyelashes... I guess I'll just go natural, or "no makeup makeup" like Kate Moss meanwhile. Anyway, I've started University again (the second semester) and it actually feels quite nice. I'm looking forward to get new school books, a brand new Moleskine calendar, lattes and actually getting dressed well every day. I must admit that when I'm studying for an exam, I'm not that well dressed... Can you be bothered?
