Here's what my cousin cooked yesterday. It was scrumptious! Tonight we are going to a restaurant and I look forward to that as well. But let me try to explain what this is:
Starter:
Cold fried scallop, baby carrots, flower cress, hazelnut snow, grated bergamote, burnt garlic and chervil oil.
Main course:
Deer, licorice glaced beetroot, buckthorn, thyme and forrest mushrooms.
Dessert:
Banana/olive oil sorbet, baked white chocolate, condensed milk, yoghurt powder, burnt yoghurt and caramelized lactose.
