Hey! My boyfriend and his Singaporean friend are staying with me for a couple of days so I'm going to school and playing tourist guide in my free time. Today we went to the Botanical Gardens of Copenhagen, Christiania and Copenhagen Street Food. Now we're just chilling and watching some Chef's Table on Netflix, which is a really interesting show if you're into gastronomy. The trouble is that I want to go to every restaurant in the show...

Here are some pretty little corners in my apartment. These cute little Kähler vases are perfect for small spring flowers such as these Snow Drops (in Swedish). And the big white Amaryllis are the flowers I got the other day. I thought Amaryllis were only sold around Christmas? Anyway, today I've had the day off but I went to a meeting in the morning and later I have some extra Biochemistry lectures.

Hey pretty people! I picked up my boyfriend from the airport last night and then I made him dinner (steaks and stuff). I've really missed him and we has such a lovely night last night! I'm so happy to have him back. Today, we got up to go get my car with some of the last clothes and IKEA stuff from home and then we had dinner at my grandparent's place, which was cozy, luxurious and delicious. Now we've just gotten back and I'm quickly blogging before we're going to bed. This is my "welcome home" outfit that I wore yesterday for the first time. I really adore my new black flare Brigitte jeans! So seventies, elegant and classy cool!

airport bound

Airport bound but not to travel... I'm picking up my honey from the airport today and I'm really excited (excuse my serious selfie look lol). I've really missed him and I've just come back home from shopping some pretty flowers and groceries. We're having steaks with gnocchi and corn tonight when we get back to the apartment. I've also been to a 75 minute yoga class, which was great and really challenging! I better get back into summer shape. It's been a bright and sunny day here in Copenhagen and I am super happy! I love going home from University and watching all the spring flowers coming into the flower shops. They are so pretty! Ranunculus are some of my absolute faves and I don't think I've ever seen red Ranunculus before? So cool!

Good evening! I'm currently studying physiology and I'm not done yet... Here's a little inspo post since I'm not doing anything too fun or blog-worthy today. I really love wearing oversized hoodies and I can't wait until it's cap weather too! But Copenhagen is freezing today and I'm afraid it's going to snow tomorrow (pretty but I'm definitely more in the mood for spring). I'm also adoring the "boxed roses" interior trend - particularly white roses in a velvety pink box! Love that combo. My Instagram is full of incredible outfit posts from Paris Fashion Week and I'm wondering why I'm sitting at home studying and not strolling around between shows and hip restaurants. There are way too many tempting Gucci and Chanel bags everywhere on Insta right now... And last but not least, I really love pictures of lips. I'd really love a pale pink picture like this one (it would be perfect for my living room - hint to my Mum). I really like the sort of abstract and wide brush strokes that come together to form a mouth.

birthday dinner at pluto

My Mum and I went to Pluto for her birthday. We we're really lucky to get a table because it was super vibrant and full and we hadn't booked a table or anything. Anyway, we shared a starter and then I had scallops and my Mum had cod. We weren't too hungry after a pretty big brunch, hamburger and snacks though so the lightness of the food fitted quite well. The food was really good and I'm definitely going back again - it was pretty cheap and very good. A perfect combo for a night out with friends. I just got back from a Les Milles Body Flow workout at my local fitness centre, which was nice. Definitely going back there. Anyway, now I'm going to jump in the shower and Skype with my boyfriend afterwards. Other than that, I haven't done much else than studying today. I'm hoping to post some outfit posts at the end of this week and hopefully there'll be an inspo post coming up tomorrow. I hope you have had a lovely start of the week. Goodnight!

kartell delivery

Hi lovelies! So much have been going on the past few days but here's a delivery I got Thursday. It's all the Kartell stuff I ordered! It's the Louis Ghost chairs that I've been wanting forever and the Bourgie lamp. Everything in transparent. I am so in love with everything and my living room is absolutely stunning (if I may say so myself). I'll show you pics of it sometime - I just have to order a glass plate to cover the mahogany table... Interior decoration is not yet complete. Anyway, I hope you've had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. I went to the Danish Design Museum with my Mum, had dinner and coffee and now I'm blogging and then I'm watching a TV series in my bed before going to sleep. I also just opened a Summerbird Valentine's Edition box with white chocolate shells filled with liquid caramel and rolled in strong liquorice powder. So delicious - too bad I have to watch my blood pressure!

Here's a little pic from yesterday. My Mum and I went shopping and had some coffee and a waffle at Fars Dreng (Father's Boy in English). It was quite nice - I think I'll try an avocado sandwich there next time since they're a bit more famous for their healthy foods. I also found the perfect China cabinet for my bathroom. It's light pink and I think all my Nomess makeup organisers fit in there. I'm so in the mood to buy tons of Decléor skincare products, YSL makeup and Balmain hair products to fill it with!

wink to the weekend

It's finally weekend! Sorry for my lame caption by the way. Anyway, I'm in school now and after the last lesson I'm going shopping and having coffee with my Mum. I know it was a pretty long time since you guys last saw me here on the blog because I'm so busy with work and school so my outfits are not particularly outfit-post-worthy. Hopefully I'll work a lot less in a week or two and then I can start working on my blog surprise too. Things are just so busy right now, I hope you understand.

mum's birthday breakfast

It's my Mum's birthday today and luckily I have no school. I made her breakfast in bed; strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, an organic breakfast bun from the local bakery, a layered (important) carrot cake, a latte macchiato, apple and elderflower juice and Laurent Perrier champagne. That champagne is so good! Especially for breakfast since it has a really full taste. Now we're getting ready to receive some deliveries, go for a walk and tonight we might go out for dinner at Pluto or get some sushi. My Mum arrived last night and she's spending the weekend at my place. I'm so excited and happy that she's here. Happy Birthday Mum!

I'm finally able to cool my champagne in style! I finally got my fridge last night and I really adore it! It's super pretty, pink and girly! I went grocery shopping today and now it's almost full... So happy for it! Now I'm almost set decoration-wise! I'm still waiting for my chairs and a lamp and then I need to transport some tables for the kitchen to Copenhagen too. Well, well, these things take time. And yes, I got the rosé Moët & Chandon champagne for the photo op and because that's one of the things I'll always have in the fridge along with milk and fresh fruit.

hyacinths & rainy days

Hey pretty people! I'm sorry I haven't blogged much but I'm quite busy with the new course, work and a pretty big blog surprise! I was home all weekend and relaxed, went for a small shopping spree in Copenhagen where I passed by these delicate hyacinths. I love that there are coming more and more (and cheaper) flowers with spring. Right now, I'm updating my blog a little bit and then I'm going to study, do some yoga and have dinner. I'm also waiting for my new Smeg fridge to arrive! So excited!

I just got back from work and showered and I'm so, so sleepy. And a little hungry - that's why I'm midnight snacking on raspberry sorbet from Gio. I adore that ice cream and I'm definitely going to restock my freezer once I get my new Smeg fridge! Bed linen is from H&M Home, pyjamas is from Victoria's Secret and ice cream from Gio.

I took a walk today after school and there are so many Erantis flowers everywhere. My little sister's middle name is Erantis and I miss her so much! I wish I was in Bangkok too relaxing, shopping, tanning and having drinks in rooftop lounges...

spring & sneakers fever

I am obsessed with spring! I really want it to be spring like right now. I've hoarded sneakers this month, getting two pair of new New Balance sneakers (on sale though, so I am excused). I actually needed some new everyday spring shoes because my Chelsea boots are starting to look slightly used and they're actually not that fitting for all outfits - particularly the fairer ones. I really like the gold details on both of them and I'm happy that I finally have a light and a dark pair of casual sneakers. I like the slightly (?) Nerdy vibes that NB sneaks come with. Right now, I'm waiting for my dinner to get ready and then I'm taking a shower. Other than that, I took my exam today and I've also been for a couple of walks and did some yoga (I've had a pretty long break from that).

It has been a pretty hectic weekend with some personal issues and stuff and studying for the exam that I have tomorrow, so that's why I haven't blogged... Anyway, I'm back again this week but since I'm working on a surprise for you, my dear followers, I'll probably be quite busy... I have a new course in Med school too and I'll probably have to work a bit in the weekend. These are the things currently on my mind: I want the weather to get warmer and more spring-y so I can wear hats, fur coats etc. and look cool without freezing my butt off, my new blue Levi's jeans arriving later this week (hopefully), slow mornings and brunches with friends and last but not least, finishing my apartment!

And a bit more jewellery for the glam lovers out there... I've been collecting the Gilded Marvels series from Danish Carré for a while because I adore citrines and the simple yet somewhat regal style of the series. Unfortunately I think they're ending it (and I don't have any earrings - imagine the horror!) but luckily I've gotten some gifts from it lately! I got the pendant for Valentine's Day and the bracelet with three citrines for my boyfriend and I's three year anniversary. Quite appropriate, right? Now I only need to buy a chain for the pendant and then I'm good to go. Other than prepping this blog post (which honestly didn't take that long), I've mostly been studying today. I also ran some errands, went for a long walk and I just bought what I hope will be my new fave blue jeans. Now I'm jumping into the shower and then I'll pamper myself with a mini facial before dinner.

Hey dolls! I've been really busy today. I started studying in the morning and then I've been grocery shopping and been to Ikea and I always spend hours in there even though I'd rather not... So when I got home I couldn't really manage anything else than watching some episodes of a television series. Anyway, I bought tons of practical stuff that I actually need. Here's a selfie from a bit sunnier day. I'm wearing a gorgeous silver necklace that my cute little sister got me from Tokyo, creoles from Bangkok and Dior sunglasses. I'm wondering if there are any "it" sunglasses this year that I need in my collection...

Here I am in a very cozy outfit from yesterday. The dress is from Boohoo and already one of my favourites. I love minimalistic tight dresses. My Mum is visiting me and we've had a lovely day with lots of shopping. I bought a popcorn bowl from Pillivuyt, new black/golden sneakers from New Balance and some furniture from Kartell that I'll show you later. I'm super excited to get the Kartell stuff! And I also got a super cute pink cashmere shirt from Club Collection on my way home from the Botanical Gardens where these pics are taken. Now I'm in school and my lesson is starting soon so I've got to go.
