sol over gudhjem

Went to a chefs' tournament (the chef we wanted to win won (go Nicolai from Kadeau)) called "Sol over Gudhjem" which means "Sun over Gudhjem". Gudhjem is a small town on Bornholm and "Sol over Gudhjem" is actually a dish. Had a good time in the sun.
