new year's menu

The menu we made for ourselves yesterday.

Starter:

Bloodorange juice with tonic water.
Lobster soup with lobster and butter fried bread.

Main Course:

Raspberry soda with lime.
Langoustine with parsley and butter, salty edamame beans and gambas al ajillo.

Dessert:

S. Pellegrino orange soda with bloodorange bits.
Chocolate mud cake, poached meringue, passionfruit sauce and raspberry sauce.
