My sister and I went shopping a lot in Bangkok, almost every day. We went to all the obligatory malls: Terminal 21, Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, MBK, Central World, Gaysorn Plaza and the exclusive Erawan. Our favourite mall is still Terminal 21. We love the indie feeling of the small shops and the fact that most things you buy in there will hardly be seen elsewhere. Especially not in Europe. The way the mall is planned is also quite enchanting, the cute Japanese pastels can be located on the Tokyo floor, the grunge stuff on the London floor and so on. In case you go there, be sure to visit Popco in the basement. Popco is a popcorn shop where they have different flavours such as wasabi and caramel.
