Went to eat at Bistro G (Gastro) the other night. Here's what I had... 1. Plaice, cress, "remoulade potatoes", pickled onions, chanterelles and capers. 2. Langoustine from Mölle, corn, Viken tomatoes, crab and dill broth. 3. Aerated raspberry mousse, wild strawberry ice cream, lemon, skyr and raspberries. I just love dining there, the food is absolutely amazing!
