Here's what my cousin cooked yesterday. It was scrumptious! Tonight we are going to a restaurant and I look forward to that as well. But let me try to explain what this is:
Starter:
Cold fried scallop, baby carrots, flower cress, hazelnut snow, grated bergamote, burnt garlic and chervil oil.
Main course:
Deer, licorice glaced beetroot, buckthorn, thyme and forrest mushrooms.
Dessert:
Banana/olive oil sorbet, baked white chocolate, condensed milk, yoghurt powder, burnt yoghurt and caramelized lactose.
Wow! You have taken great photos of the food we ate! It really was delicious. Rasmus certainly is VERY talented! Thank you for everything Rasmus and Lea! It was a fantastic weekend!
