Today we held quite a party for my dear little sister where both family and friends attended. We began the day with Rosé Impérial by Moët & Chandon and our classic raspberry/chocolate/meringue cake in the garden (you can see it if you scroll down a bit). Then we went to Pålsjö Matbar to have dinner. It has a gorgeous location and view, as you can see! We had delicious whitefish roe with two kinds of asparagus and truffle cream as a starter. Then we moved on to veal, goat cheese and beetroot as our main and for dessert we had milk chocolate sorbet and strawberries. It was all very scrumptious and rather successful. Afterwards the guests had cocktails at the house to celebrate me having turned 20 as well and then I went out with my gorgeous sister. It has been a fabulous Saturday!
