My Dad and I had dinner at Operakällaren in Stockholm to celebrate my birthday. We ordered three courses but got a lot of so called snacks. It was all super delicious and luxurious and it was a splendid evening.
1st Picture: Onion compote tart, pata negra and duck with seaweed crisps.
2nd Picture: Whitefish roe and potato crisp.
3rd Picture: Oyster with cucumber granité.
4th Picture: Baked egg.
5th Picture: Scallops.
6th Picture: Halibut with asparagus, onions and mussels.
