Here's what we had for dinner last night at Sticks & Sushi in Copenhagen. We had the ebi panko roll, rainbow maki, salmon hosomaki, genmaicha tea, ginger lemonade, fried Jerusalem artichokes and edamame beans of course (the latter two are not in this picture). We went to Charlottenborg, Odd Fellow Mansion and The Free Museum last night. The art was pretty weird and ugly (to be frank) but it was a cozy night and there were so many people out in the Copenhagen streets!
