Good
morning! As I wrote in an earlier post, we had dinner at Gastro
yesterday evening and it was fantastic. They have reopened the
restaurant in new premises and it's become more old fashioned and very
elegant. Just look at that rounded window behind me and it's extra cozy
now with the Christmas decorations still on the trees outside. Anyway,
we had lots of amazing food too. I had lobster for starters and then a
Sterling halibut. Some of the others had Whitefish roe from Kalix, red
beets with chèvre, veal, beef etc. Nobody could actually eat a dessert
after the other courses, but we ordered a doughnut dessert with ice
cream and little tubes with raspberry jam and lemon curd inside, so we
could prepare our own doughnuts and share. I was particularly fond of
the lobster starter and the lemon curd doughnut dessert. So delicious! I
was wearing a black bodycon bandage dress and silver Citrin jewellery.

Visited
musling for the first time today, for lunch. I bet most of you Danes
have already heard about it, it's a cozy restaurant that serves fish,
shellfish and vegetables located really close to Nørreport. I had potato
mash with crab and a sunny side up egg, and a dish with kale, cod roe
and apple. We had musling's own Champagne too, which was pretty good and
easy to drink. The champagne and both dishes were delicious and so
needed after today! I started the morning with my first exam at
University (went well) and then I met my Mum and sister for some post
Christmas shopping and gift exchanging. And now we're having dinner at
my Grandparent's, which is really cozy.
I
finally got my paws on a lip plumper from Dior - the Dior Addict Lip
Maximizer. I've been using it all day and my lips already feel a lot
fuller. The saleswoman also told me that you can use it as a treatment
for fuller lips over a longer period of time. I'll definitely try that
if I have any events calling for plump lips coming up. It also has a
discreet pink shine and tastes like peppermint. Not a difficult
transition for a Burt's Bees addict like me. Thanks Granny!

Happy
1st of January! I hope you all had a fabulous new year's evening and
that you're feeling good today. Do any of you have New Year's
Resolutions? I guess most of you do, and I do too - of course. I'll try
to be more healthy this year and work out more (I bet that's one of the
most popular ones), I won't bore you with the exact details of my list
though... Anyway, here's some inspiration for that (I'd love to get more
tan too but living in Denmark makes that rather difficult)! After my
exams in January, I'll go to Thailand for almost two weeks before I'm
coming home to my Grandmother's 75th birthday and University start, so
hopefully that will give me some peace of mind, relaxation and a tan! I
also hope to find an apartment this year, travel to lots of exciting
places and continue to blog. Please comment whenever if you have any
ideas or anything at all that you'd like me to blog about. Now, I'm
going to prepare dinner (chèvre and apple in filo dough) and later I
might do some facials and take a shower before watching an old Disney
movie.

And
the yellow pics from the Yayoi Kusama exhibition at Louisiana. Still
cool, still crazy... Today we're prepping for Christmas at my house.
We're decorating the Christmas tree, which I'm very excited about and I
still have some gifts to wrap and cards to write.
